Our Process

Submit your Travel Inquiry below so we may gather all details regarding your upcoming trip. Please allow 5-7 business days for any correspondence. There is research & planning fees associated with each travel inquiry form. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will research based on all details received from your travel inquiry form. Once our research is completed, we will email the clients 3-5 quotes. All quotes are customized to your destination, dates, budget, etc. During this time, please let us know if we need to make any adjustments to better suit your requirements. Quotes sent are subject to change at anytime. Please keep in mind, as you review/discuss/research other options; airfare may increase, rooms and cabins may be otherwise reserved. We suggest planning your trip well in advance to take advantage of flexible payment plans. If you do not book within 30 days of us sending your initial quote, we will require another research fee.

After you have made your selection, it is time to secure your trip with a small deposit! We will send reminders out prior to your final payment date, so need to worry. As a full Travel Company, once we have booked your trip we can begin arranging all of your travel activities.

It is time to travel! A week before departure, you will receive all final details for your trip! Our goal during your travels is to handle all affairs, while you are able to sit back, relax and enjoy your trip! We are available to all clients actively traveling, even outside of our normal business hours. We will also be in touch once you return from your trip to ensure we exceeded your expectations and more!
