Airport: San Francisco, California (SFO). Roundtrip Airport Transportation will be provided. Please plan your flight arrival prior to 2PM PST. If you need assistance booking your flight to align with our schedule, please contact us.
Flight times suggested above include transportation. Guest will be responsible for their own transportation if their flights are outside of the suggested timeframe OR at a different airport. We can assist with your flight and transportation arrangements.
Room Packages range between $1300 - $2600 per person, depending on room selection and occupancy. Please keep in mind if there is no roommates to pair you with, your package will be converted to single occupancy.
Hotel only packages are available, but please notify us if you are interested in this option. This option does not include any of the scheduled activities or transportation. Packages start at $700 -$1600 per person.
Deposits are currently $50 per person until November 1, 2024. After November 1, 2024, the deposit will increase to $150 per person. Afterpay is available at checkout.
Once your deposit is made you will be sent an invoice with equal monthly payments due until the final payment deadline. Payments will be sent on the 7th of each month. If you are not able to make monthly payments, please let us know so we can assist you.
Any changes made after your initial deposit is $50 + per change. This includes name or room changes.
All Final Payments are due by March 7, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS
Any payments not received by the payment deadline will result in immediate cancellation to your reservation, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you can no longer attend, please notify us. Please note that all returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of In The City Destinations & The Makings of B, LLC., and are based on timeframe of cancellation.

2 Queens Deluxe Village View
- Double Occupancy - $1,500 per person
1 King Deluxe Riverview Room
- Single Occupancy - $1,800 per person
- Double Occupancy - $1,300 per person
1 King Luxury River Room
- Single Occupancy - $1,900 person
- Double Occupancy - $1,400 person
Travel Protection (Not required, but highly suggested)
- Full Travel Credit (double occupancy) - $80 per person
- Full Cash Refund (double occupancy) - $140 per person
- Full Travel Credit (single occupancy) - $90 per person
- Full Cash Refund (single occupancy) - $190 per person

Day One (Friday, April 25th): Arrival to San Francisco, Check in to hotel at 4PM, (Please plan your flight arrival prior to 2PM PST), Welcome Dinner
Day Two (Saturday, April 26th): Napa Valley Wine Train & Napa Valley Sign
Day Three (Sunday, April 27th): Free Day
Day Four (Monday, April 28th): Departure (Check out of hotel at 11AM PST, Please plan your flight departure after 1PM or later)
